Went in to renew my wife's card and they noted that mine was obsolete so they renewed it as well. The personnel we very friendly and helpful. Things have changed a lot since I retired from personnel some 16 years ago. They experienced some problems with the equipment but stayed with it until the problem was solved and now we both have new ID cards. Thaks!
